BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) -- The Brunswick County Sheriff's Office and ATF have arrested two men on various drug-related charges. The arrests come after a year-long investigation that ended with a search warrant at a home in Leland.
The Sheriff's Office says about 9 p.m. Monday, agents searched the house at 992 Ashland Way in the Windsor Park subdivision. Officers found about three kilograms of cocaine, roughly $12,000 in cash and a handgun.
Officers arrested Hartley Bailey, 44, and Eric Andre Fields, 40. Both Bailey and Fields are in the Brunswick County Jail under $1,500,000 secured bond. They are charged with trafficking in cocaine and conspiring to traffic in cocaine.
The investigation continues.
