WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- Some downtown Wilmington businesses have closed their doors while crews repair a water main.

The intersection of 2nd and Orange Streets is closed as CFPUA crews work on the water main.

Both the Clarendon Inn and Children's Museum on 2nd Street closed their doors today. Press 102 on 2nd and Dock was not scheduled to open today. It will be closed tomorrow due to the water issues.

CFPUA customers in the area are encouraged to boil their water before using it.
