 LELAND, NC (WWAY) -- The owner and manager of a Leland business have been charged with felony use of a counterfeit trademark. The Secretary of State's office has been investigating Velocity on Village Road. That investigation led to owner Atalla Muhammad and manager Gurkin Gur being charged. The charges could lead to the store being forced to close. When are people going to learn that little dump ghetto stores like this do not sell genuine legal merchandise? High priced designer houses wouldn't even sell to this place.
