WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) -- A state trooper is back on the roads after an internal investigation by the Highway Patrol.
A woman accused Bryan Phillips of sexually assaulting her earlier this year. The SBI cleared Phillips, and the Highway Patrol completed its internal investigation.
Phillips was on administrative duty while the case was investigated.
Charge the women
Charge the women for making a false report. The news reported about a month ago she has made the same allegations against another officer up north where she use to live.
She obviously has issues and has a history of filing false reports with the police.
