Free street parking downtown for Azalea Festival

The city's downtown on-street parking will be free starting at 5 p.m. on Friday, April 13, and all day on Saturday, April 14 for Azalea Festival activities. Parking will be free in the Central Business District, which extends from Ann to Brunswick streets and from Water and Nutt to Fourth streets. On-street parking is always free on Sundays.
