Wow!. It was an upset for the ages.
34-32. Little old Appalachian State upsets mighty Michigan. The final score graphic is etched in my brain.

Students are settling in at school. The pads have been popping at football fields across the region. Marching bands are learning the first program of the new season. All is as it should be.

I'm not one for fads and the latest pop culture craze... but I was happy to join the Harry Potter pack this week.
