On Friday, April 1st, New Hanover County Vice and Narcotics detectives wrapped up a month long investigation and arrested one subject for numerous heroin trafficking charges. Detectives arrested Johmar Monte Galloway, after completing a vehicle stop at the intersection of 12th and Wright Street. Galloway was found in possession of 100 bags of heroin and was taken into custody.
