Cucaloras Riverfront viewing hit with cold temperatures

It's the first time the Cucalorus Film Festival has shown free outdoor screenings on Wilmington's video Riverfront, but it fell on a very cold weekend. Event Organizers say if it hadn't been for the cold temperatures, they had expected to see around 300 people at the Riverfront viewing.
