Driver killed in single car crash in Delco

One man is dead after driving off the side of the road and hitting another car. Chief Steve Camlin of Acme, Delco, Reiglewood Rescue says that around 7pm a man driving westbound on Hwy.74/76 in Delco veered off the right side of the road, struck a parked car, and rolled over.

Family of girl shot and killed files suit against gun maker

videoThe family of a teen killed in what has been deemed an accidental shooting two years ago in Columbus County has filed a lawsuit against the maker of the rifle blamed in her death. Two other women hurt in the shooting have joined in the lawsuit against Remington Arms Company, LLC.

Guilty plea entered in 2010 double murder

videoA man has pleaded guilty to murdering two brothers in Columbus County nearly three years ago. The District Attorney says Ronald Bellamy pleaded guilty Monday to two counts of second degree murder for the deaths of Lee Otis Vereen and Jerome Williams.

Tabor City liquor vote fails by one vote

With one vote difference, Tabor City booze referendum gets recount

videoThere will be a recount on a referendum for selling mixed drinks in Tabor City. Columbus County Board of Elections Supervisor Carla Strickland says the final vote was 133 for and 134 against the measure.
