No one hurt after Wave bus hits SUV

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A scary scene this afternoon at the intersection of Castle Hayne and North College Roads in New Hanover County.

Highway Patrol says a SUV ran a stop sign, cutting off a Wave Transit bus. The bus T-boned the SUV on the passenger side, which rolled the SUV into a ditch.

Two people were in the SUV. There were several passengers on the bus. No one was hurt.
