WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Poplar Grove Plantation’s extremely popular Halloween Festival is kicking off Friday night.

There’s going to be a little something for everyone with haunted hayrides and houses, bouncy houses, animal rides, great food and costume contests all weekend long.
