UPDATE: Missing Shallotte woman found safe

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Detectives with the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office say they’ve located a missing Shallotte woman.

Tiffany Sheppard, 21, of Holden Beach Road was last seen at her home on Tuesday around 7:30 p.m. and was last heard from by text yesterday around 8:00 p.m.

Friday morning, officials with the Sheriff’s Office said she was safely located, but did not provide additional information.
