Road work could cause delays

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — There are some upcoming lane closures in New Hanover County that you might want to prepare for.

The NCDOT says they’ll be on River Rd. on the bridge over Lords Creek in both directions.

Those start on Monday, January 5th and go until Thursday, January 8th.

They’ll be doing bridge maintenance from 9 AM to about 5 PM each day.
