Brunswick Co. couple facing drug charges

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Detectives with the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office Drug Enforcement Unit have arrested a Supply couple on drug related charges.

Investigators say James Jackson, 63, and Jeniene Jackson, 49, are facing charges after a traffic stop on Tuesday.

James Jackson is facing charges including possession with intent to sell a schedule II controlled substance; Jeniene Jackson is also facing similar drug charges and also a charge of driving while impaired, deputies said.

Both suspects are being detained in the Brunswick County Detention Facility under a $20,000 bond.
