WPD investigates Saturday night murder

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington Police are investigating a murder that happened late Saturday night.

Police say it happened in the parking lot of 420 Raleigh St. around 10 p.m. They say when they got there officers found a 38-year-old man dead. His name has not been released as police try to notify his family.

A WPD spokeswoman says details are limited right now.
