Third suspect arrested in home invasion murder

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington Police have charged a third person in connection with a home invasion that left one man dead.

Cashaun Harvin, 17, of Wilmington, is charged with first degree murder, attempted first degree murder and attempted armed robbery.

Harvin and two others have now been charged with the Monday night murder.

The home invasion happened Monday night at 211 Queen Street. A man was killed and a woman was injured. All three teens are in the New Hanover County Jail tonight.
