Police: Armed robbery at Navassa convenience store

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Navassa Police are looking for an armed robbery in Navassa.

The robbery happened around 8:30 Tuesday night at the Stop and Save Mini Mart on Old Mill Road.

Law enforcement said the armed robber is a black man who was wearing a black hoodie and a white bandana that was covering his face. He had a silver gun.

Police said he ran off.
