Man charged with Saturday gas station robbery

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Detectives have arrested a suspect in connection to a weekend gas station robbery in New Hanover County.

The New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office says James Timothy Gray, 51, is charged with common law robbery and conspiracy. Investigators say for Gray robbed the Wrightsboro Food Mart on Castle Hayne Road Saturday afternoon.

Gray is in jail under a $250,000 secure bond.
