No charges in Wrightsville Beach draw bridge accident

Nobody is being charged for a bridge-versus-boat accident at the Wrightsville Beach draw bridge Monday.

Investigator Fred Gorchess from the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission says from what he can tell at this point in the investigation neither the boat owner nor the bridge operator are at fault of the bridge coming down on the mast of a sailboat.

Gorchess hopes to complete the investigation by Friday.
