12 playpen models recalled

Almost 425,000 "Play Yard" brand playpens have been recalled. The recall affects 12 models which have raised changing tables with restraint straps.

The strap forms a loop under the changing table and poses a choking hazard.

Owners are advised to cut off the strap and contact the company for a repair kit.
