Two Wilmington men charged with rape, sex crimes
WILMINGTON — Two Wilmington men are behind bars this morning charged with statutory rape and other sex crimes against a child.
New Hanover County Sheriff’s detectives arrested 22-year-old Raymond Moore and 20-year-old Curtis James.
Both men are charged with multiple counts of statutory rape. Moore is also charged with one count of indecent liberties with a child. He is in the New Hanover County jail under a $50,000 bond.
James is under $1 million bond.
Both men are still awaiting their court dates.
