Table art at Bellamy Mansion
The tables were set at the Bellamy mansion today, but no meals were served.
Instead the local landmark had local boutiques, artists and designers decorate thirty table tops to raise money for the mansion’s upkeep.
The tables were on display from ten to five today. Artists said setting the tables was a fairly intricate process.
“We’ve incorporated things that are fine crafts which are the weaving of the table mat, the making of table runners as well as, you know, hand bags and neck scarves and incorporate all into our table for color and style and beauty,” said artist Pamela Greenough.
The exhibit will also be open Sunday from 12 to 5.
