Clintons to return to North Carolina

RALEIGH (AP) — Former President Bill Clinton will visit North Carolina for the fifth time on Wednesday, and Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton will follow five days later on behalf of her bid for the Democratic presidential nomination.

A statement from Sen. Clinton’s campaign on Sunday said her husband will attend events in Hillsborough, Burlington, Asheboro, Lexington, and Statesville. Campaign officials said no tickets are required to attend the events, but provided no further details.

The North Carolina for Hillary campaign also announced Sunday that Sen. Clinton would attend a Club 44 rally at Charlottes City Center on Monday, April 28. No further information was provided.
