UNCW CSI camp

UNCW hosted its first day of its Port City CSI Camp.

A chemistry lab has been turned into a crime scene.

Local middle and high school kids learned about hair analysis and tracing ink back to certain pens.

They also made foot print casts.

The kids say it is cool to learn about the differences between real life and the popular television show.

The camp continues until Friday.

Kids will also learn about DNA analysis.
