Thomas Wright back in court

Three months after being sent to prison, former State Rep. Thomas Wright was back in court today.

He appeared in Wake Superior Court on a felony obstruction of justice charge.

The judge set an August 25 trial date.

Wright is already serving up to 6 years in prison, after being found guilty of three felony fraud charges back in April.
