Corn Pudding
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp sugar
1 16 ounce can creamed corn
1/2 stick butter melted, or 3 tbsp oil
Combine all ingredients together and pour into a 1 quart casserole dish that has been sprayed with pan coating. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-45 minutes or until set. Watch for browning and cover with tin foil for the last ten minutes if the browning gets too advanced.
