Alleged Whiteville shooter on the loose

Whiteville police need your help finding a suspect involved in a shooting.

29 year old Nikki Freeman is wanted for firing shots at Brookberry apartments in Whiteville last week. The gunfire struck and injured two innocent victims, however no one was killed.

Police say the shots were fired after Freeman got into an argument with another parent about a school bus scuffle between their kids.

Freeman was last spotted in the Hallsboro area and is considered armed and dangerous.
