Fight over gun lands two men in jail

A fight over a gun lands two Wilmington men behind bars.

Wilmington Police arrived at the 900 block of South 7th Street Friday evening, and found the men arguing over a stolen 38-revolver.

Police arrested 26-year-old Jerrell Canty and 24-year-old Gerric London and charged them with possession of stolen goods.

Canty is also charged with weapon possession by a felon. Canty is in the New Hanover County jail under $5,000 bond. London’s bond is $10,000.
