Two Brunswick County drivers plead guilty to separate crashes

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Two Brunswick County residents, who faced charges stemming from separate crashes, pleaded guilty Wednesday.

Angela Richards,24, was charged with second-degree murder after a Nov. 16, 2011 wreck. The passenger in her SUV died.

Investigators say she had alcohol and drugs in her system.

Meanwhile, 35-year-old Juan Bellamy pleaded guilty to hit-and-run in connection to a June 11, 2011, crash that hurt two.
