Troubleshooters: Update on Stuart and Karla Barnes

We have some great news to share for this Troubleshooters report.

Stuart Barnes, a former Newschannel 3 employee, will soon be heading back to the United States with his Peruvian wife, Karla.

Stuart moved down there this summer, because customs agents would not let his wife in the US, and he was told it would probably take a year to process her application.

Shortly after we aired out story about Stuart and Karla Barnes, her visa was approved. This was roughly 8 months sooner than expected.

Stuart and Karla will be moving back to Wilmington next month to start their life together.
