FIRST ON 3: Teen in viral Taylor Swift video to meet music star

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Brunswick County teen featured in a video that went viral in the Cape Fear is meeting an idol tonight.

Chrissie Agic was surprised this summer with tickets to see Taylor Swift in concert. Swift is performing tonight in Greensboro. Agic will be among many fans of the star in the arena, and she’s overcome a lot to get to this point.

“Chrissie is my miracle baby. I was told I was never going to be able to have a child,” her mother Krystal Agic told us in July. “She was born with a genetic disorder called incontinentia pigmenti which is a disorder that affects your nervous system, eyes, hair, teeth, and finger nails.”

Chrissie’s mom tells WWAY that Taylor Swift saw the video and her representatives contacted her to arrange a time for the pop star and Brunswick County teen to meet. That will happen tonight before the concert.
