Market Street traffic forum

Market Street is one of the most highly traveled streets in the area. Local officials are attempting to do something to ease the traffic woes.

The Wilmington Metropolitan Planning Organization, the State Department of Transportation, the City of Wilmington, and New Hanover County officials are coming together to study Market Street from Colonial Drive to the New Hanover – Pender County line.

The forum’s is at Ogden Elementary School on Middle Sound Loop Road.
It will end at 7:30 p.m. If you miss Tuesday’s meeting, there will be another meeting taking place on Thursday.
