Fashion Victims Ball a good time for all
Hundreds of people sacrificed fashion for a good cause Saturday at the Fashion Victims Ball at the Coastline Convention Center. All the money raised goes to benefit local charities.
Even in the tight economy the ball raised some $4,000 for local charities thanks to local sponsors pitching in.
And for all involved, it seemed to be pretty good time.
Stephen McIntyre, who attended the ball, said, “I know that this would be a good event. I knew that I could dress up and have fun and contribute to a good cause. So there is really two purposes for tonight.”
The ball was organized by Keller Williams Realty with WWAY serving as the media sponsor.
