Hearing Friday for Wilmington man accused of rape and beating

A hearing took place Friday in the case of the man accused of raping and beating a 95 year-old Wilmington woman.

Brian Reavis was not present in court Friday, but his attorney filed an insanity plea on his behalf.

The judge requested medical forms be sent to the appropriate doctors. A tentative trial court date is set for the week of March 2nd.
