New Hanover County deputies looking for suspect in Monday’s robbery attempt

New Hanover County deputies need your help locating a suspect in Monday’s attempted bank robbery.

This is a surveillance photo of the suspect. Witnesses say he entered Carolina First Bank on Market Street around 12:20 Monday, demanded money from the teller but left empty handed.

The suspect is described as a white male in his mid 30’s, with brown hair, and an average build. He was wearing a dark blue jacket, brown hat and glasses.
