Wilmington man facing gun, drug charges

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Police said a man is facing several charges after witnesses reported an argument in the area of 12th Street.

Police said Albert Wayne Dumas, 34, was arrested yesterday afternoon around 4:30 p.m. in the 1200 block of Foxglove Court. They said callers reported Dumas and several men were arguing and using drugs. When officers arrived, they arrested and charged Dumas with several charges including possession of  stolen firearm and possession of cocaine.

Dumas was booked in jail under a $100,000 bond.
