UPDATE: Suspects identified in drive-by shooting


WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Wilmington Police have released the names of the three teens charged in a drive-by shooting.

The trio were arrested in Leland last night. Wilmington Police said the arrest stemmed from a ShotSpotter activation in the 1900 block of Colwell Avenue. Police did not have a time of the alert, but a spokeswoman said a home in the area was hit by bullets. No injuries were reported.

Police said Kyreame Giownne Lewis, 19, Eddie Lee Harvey, 19, and Jerry Lamont Andrews, 19, were arrested and charged in Leland. The suspects are being held under a $100,000 bond each on felony conspiracy charges.
