Trooper involved in Wilmington crash

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A North Carolina Highway Patrol trooper was involved in a traffic crash this afternoon in Wilmington.

It happened before 5 p.m. on S. 17th Street.

A WPD officer at the scene said two other vehicles were involved. They did not say if anyone was injured or who was at fault.
