RBC customers declined funds
Thousands of customers from RBC Bank thought they were being scammed earlier today, however it turns out there was a computer glitch at the bank’s processing firm TSYS, causing many accounts to appear overdrawn.
When customers tried to use their debit or credit cards, they were declined. RBC said the problem started overnight, but after working throughout the night to fix the problem, everyone’s account was back to normal by 10:30 this morning.
RBC customers in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, and Alabama were affected.
