Memorial service planned for Shak Rhaimbux

Friends and family are remembering the owner of Kat’s Taxi, who died in a car crash last week in Wilmington.

A memorial service for “Shak” Rhaimbux is planned for Saturday at 5:30 p.m. at Fibber McGee’s.

Rhaimbux died when a motorcyclist going 120 miles per hour on Eastwood Road hit his cab. Both vehicles caught fire, and both men were killed.
