Eight more days of construction on Wrightsville Beach drawbridge

Looks like construction on the Wrightsville Beach drawbridge is going to take longer than expected.

Engineers from the department of transportation announced today that they’ve set aside eight more nights for the bridge to be closed overnight for construction.

Those dates are March 15-18 and 22-25.
