Walgreen’s robbery suspect wanted in Brunswick County


WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a suspect in a Walgreen’s robbery.

According to a release the man pictured robbed the Walgreen’s at 1138 Sabbath Home Road in Holden Beach Friday night.  Investigators say he walked up to the pharmacy and demanded a large amount of Oxycodone.

He is described as being between 5’7″ and 5’11” and weighing 170 to 190 lbs.

An older, faded, red Ford F-150, around a 1994 model, and a white Ford work van were seen in the area.

Anyone with information as to the identity of the suspect or the owner of the vehicle of interest is asked to contact the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office at 910-253-2777 or call 911.
