Man accused of raping 95-year-old woman in court Monday

The man accused of raping and beating a 95-year-old Wilmington woman in April 2008 is scheduled to appear in court Monday.

Brian Reavis pleaded insanity in December. He underwent psychological evaluation at Dorothea Dix Mental Hospital.

The victim’s testimonies have been videotaped to use in the event she can’t testify at the trial.
