Kitchen Cops 6/4/09

No low performers again this week, but there are two high performers in our Kitchen Cops report.

This week’s highest score belongs to the KFC at the corner of Carolina Beach Road and Shipyard Boulevard in Wilmington. A half point off to clean the outside of the fryers, utensils above the sink and sides of the hot holder and fix two torn gaskets. Add back two points for workers passing a food safety course and a score of 101.5 for KFC.

And across town to Quiznos at 1051 South College Road. A perfect 100.
