Bladen County man indicted in fatal car crash

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — According to a clerk with the Brunswick County Court a Bladen County man has been formally charged in a crash that killed a Wilmington man back in August. 

Terry Maurice Baxley is facing misdemeanor death by motor vehicle and failure to yield to the right-of-way charges.

Troopers identified the victim as David Christopher Satrazemis, 62, of Wilmington. Another man was in the car and was taken to the hospital with what was believed to be non-life threatening injuries.
