VFW warns of phone scam

The Veterans of Foreign Wars want you to know they are not soliciting money by phone.

Apparently, calls are being made to people around the state asking for donations to the VFW MAP program. There is no such program.

The VFW only accepts donations in person at VFW chapter locations.
