Lumina Mortgage closes their doors Friday

There is some fallout from the First Bank’s purchase of Cooperative Bank. Lumina Mortgage closed it’s doors Friday.

The company was a former subsidiary of the failed Cooperative Bank.

First Bank, which purchased Cooperative last week, told Lumina employees the company would close this morning.

Some of the employees will be retained by First Bank.
