Man wanted in January robbery attempt

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Deputies said they are looking for a man in connection with an armed robbery.

Deputies said warrants have been issued for Marquis Dashaun Jackson but didn’t specify what charges. They said he’s involved in an incident on January 18 where a group in a car approached another car full of people to rob them on Rockhill Road. At one point, one of the suspects shot a gun and the bullet went through the windshield. Deputies said no one was hit.

Two other suspects were arrested and charged last week, deputies said.
