Search is on for man who robbed Wilmington RBC Centura bank

Wilmington Police are looking for a man they say robbed an RBC Centura bank Friday morning.

It happened just after the bank opened for business around 9:00, at the branch along Market and New Centre.

Police say a man handed a teller a note demanding money. She gave him cash, and he left. The suspect did not show a weapon, and no one was hurt.

Police are now looking for an older white male, wearing a light-colored Old Navy t-shirt, camouflage pants, and a fisherman’s cap.
