Brunswick County has been ordered to pay the legal fees of a parent whose child was allegedly targeted during a football game, according to an August court ruling by Superior Court Judge Ola Lewis.
The ruling awards Richard Holler, father of then 12-year-old Kasey Holler, $12,200 in legal costs.
The two Brunswick County coaches involved have been permanently banned from volunteering, the order says.
